Who it's for: Internal stakeholders evaluating whether a detailed spec can substitute for an engineering handoff — this one's a capability demo, not a user-facing product.
Approach: Write the spec with the same rigor as a real PRD, then see how much survives translation into a working prototype with zero developer in the loop. The interesting output isn't the app — it's where the spec had to be more precise than a normal PRD gets away with.
Metric I'd chase: Spec-to-shipped fidelity — how much of the intended behavior held up without a human translating intent along the way.
