Led automation of commission payouts at a fintech organization across four threads: automated ₹117L+ in monthly payouts plus ₹8.5L+ more across nine products, cut onboarding TAT for new use cases from 30+ to 10 days (67% faster), unlocked ₹5-6L/month by automating reconciliation, and shipped API-based GST invoicing and real-time commission visibility.
